Originally from Chicago, Illinois, and now based in Tampa Bay, Ryan holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Economics from the North Central College in Naperville, IL. He and his brother were raised in the suburbs of Chicago in a working-class union, strong household. Upon graduating college, working in the Accounting Department of the Central States pension fund, and seeing how poor certain health policies were for members, Ryan took the first step toward a career in the health insurance industry.
